Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and creative Junior Architect to join our architectural team. The ideal candidate will assist in the development of design concepts, construction documents, and project coordination under the supervision of senior staff. This role is ideal for recent graduates or early-career professionals passionate about architecture and eager to grow their skills in a collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the development of architectural designs and drawings.
Produce detailed drawings, construction documents, and presentation materials.
Support in site analysis, research, and code compliance studies.
Collaborate with engineers, consultants, and contractors during all project phases.
Contribute to design presentations for internal reviews and client meetings.
Make revisions to plans based on feedback and regulatory requirements.
Perform administrative tasks related to project documentation and organization.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch) or Master’s in Architecture (M.Arch).
0–2 years of professional experience in architectural design or internship experience.
Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
Strong understanding of architectural design principles and construction methods.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
Knowledge of local building codes and regulations is a plus.
Eagerness to pursue architectural licensure.
Preferred Qualifications:
Portfolio showcasing academic and/or professional architectural work.
Familiarity with sustainable design practices (e.g., LEED).
Experience with rendering software (e.g., Lumion, Enscape, V-Ray) is a plus.
